Sandy Neck 2024

We had an outstanding campout to Sandy Neck on Cape Cod. In under 24 hours, our Scouts and parent attendees hiked nearly 9 miles with 30+ pound packs. The weather on Saturday was very clear. We had light rain early the morning before we left our tents to have breakfast and break camp.

We really appreciated having Webelos IIs, Devon Freed and Luke Ong-Brown, join us for the campout. They are already excellent backpackers!

Teddy Jiang and Tyler Abrams both did a great job as our crew leaders.

Nico Danker was an excellent lead cook, and he did a great job getting the campout food.

We are looking forward to our next campout on May 18, 19, where we will begin practicing our canoeing!
